Classes

Free Consultation for limited time only.  Free Wellness seminars on the first Tuesday of the month from 6pm-7pm. The first seminar will commence on November 5th, 2019.  Seats are limited, please sign up now.

Qi Gong: Students will learn qi gong basic movements before going into specific qi gong sets. Some of the qi gong sets offered include joint mobility, tendon/ligament strengthening, and stress-relieving qi gong. Classes will be held once a week and last for 1 hour. Tai Chi: This class begins with learning basic movements of tai chi and qi gong breathing techniques. Once the basics are properly grasped, students will learn the movements from the Yang 24 Form.
